With platforms like StubHub, TicketMaster hosting millions of tickets daily, the client required an intelligent system to analyze, filter, and recommend top-performing events and seats in real time.
The ticket brokerage market is dynamic – prices fluctuate every few seconds, and tickets sell out rapidly. Brokers were losing valuable time manually scanning thousands of events to identify profitable opportunities.
The client needed a solution that could:
- Continuously analyze thousands of live events from platforms like StubHub, TicketMaster, ETC.

We developed BMusk, an advanced event analytics and ticket profitability platform designed to help brokers discover the best event seats with maximum profit margins – all in real time.
The system fetches event data from StubHub, processes millions of seats, and identifies the top 6,000 most profitable events daily. It delivers actionable insights and best-ticket recommendations to brokers within seconds.
Initially, we developed a very traditional solution for the problem, i.e. crawling using the scripts in which we crawled the relevant websites and based on it, we listed the details on our platform. In this phase, we tackled the Google Captcha and session expiry issues with Vultur auto instance management and Random AWS Region deployment. Along with a dynamic pricing & auto-selling mechanism implementation.
Moving forward, as things improved for the client and the profits maximized with this particular solution, we were ready for phase 2 with a more advanced solution, i.e. continuous APU Looping without any blockers.
