We are looking for Python Developer with a strong background in machine learning and expertise in cloud technologies, specifically Azure. As Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Python-based applications and machine learning models. You will play a crucial role in our technical team, leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications and machine learning models, leveraging your expertise in Python programming and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Lead and guide the development team throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Utilize cloud technologies, particularly Azure, to develop and deploy scalable and efficient applications and machine learning solutions.
- Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training, while applying advanced machine learning techniques.
- Implement version control practices using Git and collaborate with teams using tools like Bitbucket for code management and collaboration.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, cloud technologies, and Python frameworks/libraries to continuously enhance your skills and bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their growth and development.
